Refund policy

Refund Policy:

All sales on digital products and downloadable content are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

For coaching programs, we do not offer refunds after a session has been completed or materials have been delivered. If you experience a technical issue or have a concern before your program begins, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.

For physical books, we accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us with photographic evidence of the issue.

 

Overview for Sessions

All payments for coaching services are non-refundable once services have begun or a booked session has passed. This policy applies to every client of Coaching at Papermates, a DBA of JLY THRTY CORP ("Coaching at Papermates," "we," "us"), and covers 1-on-1 sessions, the 5-Week Coaching Program, and the 9-Week Coaching Program.

By booking a session or enrolling in a program, you agree to the terms below.

5-Week and 9-Week Coaching Programs

Payment for the 5-Week and 9-Week Coaching Programs is non-refundable once the program has started and your coaching meetings have begun.

  • This applies whether the program fee was paid in full or in installments.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused weeks or remaining sessions.
  • Choosing to stop or withdraw from the program after it has started does not qualify for a refund.

1-on-1 Sessions

A 1-on-1 session booking is non-refundable in either of these cases:

  • You miss your scheduled meeting.
  • The meeting has already been held.

Missed Meetings

Missed meetings in any program or session are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless the missed meeting is the fault of Coaching at Papermates.

This includes, but is not limited to, missed meetings caused by scheduling conflicts, late arrival, technical issues on the client's side, illness, or personal emergencies.

Acknowledgment

By completing payment, booking a session, or enrolling in a program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
